- making applications under the EU Settlement Scheme (including those with UK residence prior to 2006);
- making an application to become a British citizen; and
- obtaining a first British passport for an EU child.
Please note that from 1 January 2021, only EU nationals and their families who have resided in the UK prior to 31 December 2020 can benefit from the EU Settlement Scheme. Those without residence before that date will need to meet the terms of UK domestic immigration law.
